Massage Treatments:
SWEDISH MASSAGE Promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and joint mobility, and relieves muscle tension. Used primarily in a full-body session.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Releases chronic patterns of tension, in the body through slow firm strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. This treatment enhances blood supply to problem zones and diminishes pain.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Used in preparation for workouts and sporting events for athletes. Loosens, warms and readies muscles for intensive use. This Post event massage relieves pain, prevents stiffness and returns muscles to normal posture. Also used for injury rehabilitation.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Therapeutic body work which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be, Provides relaxation, relieves stress on weight-bearing joints and alleviates strain on the lower back and sciatic. Please notify the Front Desk Personnel if you are pregnant.
NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
Treats acute or chronic pain caused by a strain, sprain, injury, stress or tension. Eliminates or minimizes discomfort, increases flexibility and circulation.
